Dr. Tamer Alzatari

Dr. Alzatari was born in Texas and raised in Palestine. His childhood experiences on his family farm in Palestine played a significant role in shaping his passion for veterinary medicine. Growing up, he devoted a considerable amount of time to raising, feeding, and caring for the animals on the farm. The hands-on experience instilled in him a deep curiosity and love for animals. Dr. Alzatari observed how the well-being of the animals directly impacted the overall quality of life for both the animals and the people who care for them. This realization sparked his interest in understanding the detailed dynamics of the human-animal bond and the influence it has on the wellness of both parties. Driven by passion and desire to make a positive impact on the lives of animals and their human counterparts, Dr. Alzatari pursued a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Alzatari's educational journey took him to the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biology. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Alzatari pursued his passion for veterinary medicine and earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the Ohio State University. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Alzatari enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He finds fulfillment in working out at the gym. One of Dr. Alzatari's major personal goals is to travel to as many countries as possible. He recognizes the value of experiencing different cultures, exploring diverse landscapes, interacting with local biodiversity, and fostering a global perspective in his veterinary practice.
